$20 Audition Fee (Payable online when registering)

Schedule:
12:30- 1:30pm: Audition Ages 9-13 (Check-In Opens 12:00pm)
1:30-2:30pm: Audition Ages 14-20 (Check-In Open 1:00pm)
Dancers should pre-register online and arrive at the time indicated for their age group.

VIDEO AUDITIONS
If you are unable to attend our audition listed above, you may submit a video audition to n.o.ballettheatre@gmail.com. Your video should be no longer than five minutes, and include barre work, center, and a variation or pointe work if applicable. Deadline to submit to video audition is March 31st, 2024.
Video Audition Fee: Audition fee still applies to video auditions and is payable here.

DRACULA AUDITIONS
NOBT is auditioning youth and adult extras for a limited role in NOBT’s upcoming production of Dracula, May 11th-12th at the Orpheum Theater.
Audition Date: Saturday, March 9th
Ages: 10- Adult
Audition Fee: $20.00

Performances:
May 11th: 2:00pm & 7:00pm
May 12th: 2:00pm
Rehearsals:
Weekly rehearsals will be held Saturdays between 11:45am-5:15pm (schedule to be determined) at NOBT studios (920 Terpsichore St, NOLA 70130). Extras must be available evenings the entire week of the performances for additional studio and theater rehearsals, May 6th- 10th.

2024-2025 Season
In-Person Audition

Doors Open: 10:15am
Audition: 11:00am-1:30pm
Positions: Currently looking for men and women in all positions (Company, Apprentice, Trainee)
Audition is by invitation only (See Pre-Audition information below). Only serious candidates prepared to move to New Orleans should apply.
Candidates must be current US Citizens or eligible for employment in the United States.

Pre-Audition Video Audition Information
NOBT will accept videos as preliminary audition materials for potential company artists. If the company is interested in seeing more, the in-person audition will be requested following the receipt of video audition materials.
NOBT will review all video pre-audition materials submitted through February 23rd for the March 17th audition. After that date, NOBT staff will only go through any submitted materials as needed.
